FAQs

Anyone coming inside the school is to check in with ZOR staff before entering the gym. All coaches, administrative staff, and volunteers are required to have a criminal record check done. We will also be going over safety rules with all our athletes before the start of each session.

ZOR aims to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. Please indicate on the registration form if your child has any allergies, requires medication, or has any accessibility accommodations. Please let us know if we can make any changes to ensure your child is receiving the best experience. All campers will be emailed prior to the start of camp with a list of allergies. ZOR Basketball has a zero tolerance policy on nuts. Please let the camp staff know on the first day where the Epi-pen, inhaler, or any other medication is located to ensure quick response. A first aid certified instructor will be on site at all times. In the case of a severe emergency, an ambulance will be called to the camp site and the camper will be accompanied by a staff member. The emergency contact will be notified as soon as possible.

We have a zero tolerance policy for fighting and bullying, anyone engaged in such acts will be subject to removal from our programs without refund!
